Return & Replacement Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to provide high-quality products, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please review our policy regarding physical and digital goods below.
1. Physical Products: One-Time Free Replacement
We do not offer traditional "money-back" returns for physical items. Instead, we provide a one-time, free replacement for any item that arrives damaged or defective.
To qualify for a replacement, you must complete our Verification of Destruction process:
Video Proof Required: You must provide a clear, uncut video showing the defective product being rendered permanently unusable (e.g., cracked or layer separation greater than a visible .2mm height. ).
Timeframe: Requests for replacements must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Limit: This offer is valid for a one-time replacement per original purchase. Subsequent replacements for the same order will not be honored.
2. Digital Products
Due to the nature of intangible goods, all digital sales are final.
Digital products include, but are not limited to, downloads, license keys, and subscription access.
Once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded, it is no longer eligible for a refund or credit.
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders for physical products may only be cancelled before they have entered the shipping/fulfillment process. Once an item has shipped, the "Replacement Only" policy applies.
4. Illinois Consumer Disclosure
In accordance with Illinois state law, this policy is clearly posted at the point of sale and on our official website. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. If a product is found to be non-functional due to a manufacturer defect and a replacement is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
