Processing Time
In-stock physical products are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from our facility in Washington, Illinois. Made-to-order and custom parts may take 5–10 business days before shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Exact cost is shown before you complete your purchase.
One-Time Free Replacement
All physical products from Silvades LLC are eligible for a one-time free replacement if they arrive damaged, defective, or do not fit as described. To request a replacement:
- Email contact@silvades.com within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number and photo(s) of the issue
- We’ll confirm eligibility and ship a replacement at no cost
Replacement eligibility is limited to one per order. Items damaged through misuse, modification, or normal wear are not covered.
Digital Sales Are Final
All digital product purchases (STL files, design files) are final and non-refundable. If you experience a download issue, contact us and we’ll make sure you get your files.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed. Once an order enters production or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
