Important: This intake is designed for Volvo T6 engines that use the OE airbox part number LR012073. It will not fit all T6 variants — please verify your OE part number before ordering. If your vehicle matches, it’s direct plug-and-play — no cutting, drilling, or adapters. Your stock MAF sensor stays in place, and any 3-inch (76mm) flange air filter will work.
We use industrial FDM equipment with PA6-GF glass-fiber nylon — the same class of material used in OEM engine covers and intake manifolds by major automakers. High tensile strength, thermal stability, and chemical resistance comparable to injection-molded parts.
No. The intake retains your factory MAF sensor and works within your stock engine management system. No tune, remap, or recalibration needed.
