A cold air intake pipe for the Volvo T6, designed and 3D printed in Washington, Illinois. It replaces the restrictive factory intake piping with a smooth-bore pipe, keeps the factory MAF sensor, and installs with no permanent changes to the car. Expect more induction sound.
I run this intake daily on my own T6. The current design is the fifth revision. v5 seals the MAF sensor-screw holes off from the airflow, braces the long screw boss, and takes your stock Volvo MAF screws.
MAF sensor: made for OE part number #LR012073. Check the number on your sensor before ordering.
Air filter: any filter with a 3-inch (76 mm) flange. Recommended: K&N RE-0930 or an equivalent 3-inch filter. The filter is not included.
Install: direct plug-and-play replacement, about 30 minutes with hand tools. No permanent vehicle modifications.
Printed in PA6-GF (glass-fiber reinforced nylon), a rigid, heat-stable material chosen for engine-bay use.
Stress test: each pipe is tested for structural integrity.
Cleaning: print artifacts are removed and the bore is cleaned so no debris reaches your engine.
Hand inspection: surface finish and the MAF sensor mount are checked by hand.
