GLASS-FIBER NYLON

Same family of polymer used for OE airbox housings — thermally stable, chemical-resistant, vibration-dampened. Holds tolerance under hood heat where PLA, PETG, and ABS fail.

GD&T

MODELED TO SPEC

Every mating face dimensioned with geometric tolerances, not eyeballed. Flange seats, MAF mount, and clamp surfaces land within OEM-plus fitment — no shimming, no gap-fill.

FDM

ACTIVE VIBRATION COMP

Printed in-house on enclosed Bambu Lab X1 Carbon printers with real-time vibration compensation — consistent surface finish and dimensional accuracy, with no tooling cost.

WHAT'S IN THE BOX: 1× SilvaDes cold air intake assembly. Ready to install — no cutting, drilling, or adapter brackets required. Air filter not included: any 3-inch (76 mm) filter fits, e.g. K&N RE-0930.
MATERIAL: PA6-GF (glass-fiber reinforced nylon). Thermally stable, chemical-resistant, vibration-dampened.
COMPATIBILITY: Fits any Volvo T6 that uses MAF sensor OE #LR012073. Check the part number on your sensor before ordering.
FILTER FLANGE: Accepts any 3-inch (76mm) performance air filter. Flange sized for a clamp seal.
MAF SENSOR: Retains your stock MAF (OE #LR012073). No wiring modifications, no tune required.
INSTALL TIME: ~30 minutes with hand tools. No lift, no specialty equipment.

Remove the factory airbox

Pop the engine cover, release the OE airbox clips, disconnect the MAF harness, lift it out. Keep the MAF sensor — you're going to reuse it.

Drop in the SilvaDes intake

The intake seats on the same mounting points as the OE airbox. Hand-tight on the throttle body coupler — no torque spec required.

Reinstall the MAF sensor + filter

The MAF mount is GD&T-modeled to OEM tolerance. Slide it in, reconnect the harness, then clamp on any 3-inch (76mm) performance filter.

Verify fitment + start the car

Visual check on the throttle-body coupler and filter clamp. Start it cold, then warm — no CEL, no MAF codes, no trim drift. You're done.
