File version. v5, the current design. Photos show printed v4 parts on my car; renders show v5. It needs an enclosed printer with a hardened nozzle that can run PA6-GF or PA12-CF. Dry the filament before printing. I print mine on enclosed Bambu Lab X1 Carbon printers.
Printing it. Recommended materials are PA6-GF or PA12-CF. It’s confirmed on the 2015.5 Volvo S80 T6 AWD (my MAF label reads LR012073) and takes an air filter with a 3-inch (76 mm) flange. Other T6 models aren’t confirmed yet.
