File version. v5, the current design. Photos show printed v4 parts on my car; renders show v5. It needs an enclosed printer with a hardened nozzle that can run PA6-GF or PA12-CF. Dry the filament before printing. I print mine on an enclosed Bambu Lab X1 Carbon. The part prints upright with no supports. On the plate it takes up 106 × 82 mm and stands 179 mm tall. You need a bed of at least 120 × 100 mm (brim included) and 180 mm of build height, so check your printer before you buy.
Printing it. Recommended materials are PA6-GF or PA12-CF. My settings, as a starting point: hardened 0.6 mm nozzle, 0.24 mm layers, 4 walls, 15% infill, no supports, a brim, PA6-GF at 265 °C on a 100 °C bed, filament dried first. It’s confirmed on the 2015.5 Volvo S80 T6 AWD (my MAF label reads 7G9N-12B579-AB, also listed as LR012073 and Volvo 30751293) and takes an air filter with a 3-inch (76 mm) flange. Other T6 models aren’t confirmed yet.
