Warranty & Disclaimer

1. Limited Warranty — Physical Products

SilvaDes LLC warrants that all physical products sold through silvades.com will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery (the "Warranty Period").

During the Warranty Period, if a product is found to be defective under normal use, SilvaDes LLC will, at its sole discretion:

• Provide a one-time free replacement of the defective product; or
• Issue a full refund of the original purchase price.

To initiate a warranty claim, contact us at benjaminhoffman@silvades.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and photographs of the affected product.

2. Warranty Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

• Improper installation, modification, or alteration of the product
• Use of the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose or any provided instructions
• Normal wear and tear, including UV exposure, chemical exposure, or abrasion
• Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or abuse
• Use in extreme operating conditions beyond the rated specifications of the material (e.g., excessive heat beyond PA6-GF nylon tolerances)
• Installation on incompatible vehicles or equipment
• Damage resulting from professional or amateur installation errors
• Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the function or performance of the product, including minor layer lines or surface texture inherent to the 3D printing process

3. Material & Manufacturing Disclaimer

All physical products manufactured by SilvaDes LLC are produced using industrial-grade additive manufacturing (3D printing) with PA6-GF Industrial Nylon or other materials as specified in individual product listings. While our manufacturing processes meet high standards of quality and consistency, 3D-printed parts may exhibit characteristics inherent to the additive manufacturing process, including but not limited to:

• Visible layer lines or surface texture
• Minor variations in dimensional tolerances between production runs
• Slight color variations between batches

These characteristics are not considered defects and are not covered under this warranty.

4. Aftermarket Parts Disclaimer

All products sold by SilvaDes LLC are aftermarket parts. They are not manufactured by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or vehicle brand. Use of OEM-related terms (such as vehicle make, model, or part names) is solely for the purpose of identifying compatible applications.

SilvaDes LLC makes no representation that its products are equivalent to, interchangeable with, or meet the same specifications as OEM parts unless expressly stated in a product listing.

5. Digital Products — No Warranty

Digital manufacturing files (including but not limited to STL, 3MF, STEP, and other CAD formats) are sold "as-is" without any warranty of any kind. SilvaDes LLC does not guarantee that digital files will produce satisfactory results on your specific equipment, as outcomes depend on your printer calibration, material selection, slicer settings, and environmental conditions.

All digital product sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for digital file purchases.

6. Emissions & Compliance Disclaimer

Certain products sold by SilvaDes LLC, including intake components and other performance parts, may affect vehicle emissions systems. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to:

• Verify that any purchased product complies with all applicable federal, state, and local emissions regulations before installation
• Confirm CARB (California Air Resources Board) compliance or exemption status if operating a vehicle in California or other states that adopt CARB standards
• Ensure that installation of any aftermarket part does not violate the Clean Air Act or any applicable emissions laws in your jurisdiction

SilvaDes LLC is not responsible for fines, penalties, failed inspections, or legal consequences resulting from the installation or use of our products in violation of emissions regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SilvaDes LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the purchase, use, or inability to use any product, including but not limited to:

• Vehicle damage or mechanical failure
• Personal injury or property damage
• Loss of use, data, revenue, or profits
• Cost of substitute goods or services

In no event shall our total liability exceed the original purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

8. Assumption of Risk

By purchasing and installing any product from SilvaDes LLC, the buyer acknowledges and accepts that:

• Aftermarket automotive parts carry inherent risks when installed on vehicles
• The buyer assumes all responsibility for proper installation, fitment verification, and safe use of the product
• SilvaDes LLC recommends professional installation for all physical products
• The buyer is responsible for inspecting all products upon receipt and before installation

9. Disclaimer of Additional Warranties

Except for the limited warranty expressly stated in Section 1, all products are provided "as-is" and "as available." SilvaDes LLC expressly disclaims all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade

10. Governing Law

This warranty and disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this warranty shall be resolved in the courts located in Tazewell County, Illinois.

11. Severability

If any provision of this warranty and disclaimer is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Changes to This Warranty

SilvaDes LLC reserves the right to modify this warranty and disclaimer at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued purchase of products after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
