A pair of intake tubes for the Mercedes E550 V8, designed and 3D printed in Washington, Illinois. They replace the factory intake tubes on both banks, use the stock connections, and install with no permanent changes to the car.
This is version 1. It's priced well below the factory pair while long-term testing continues. The design went through nine revisions to get the fit right in the bay.
Car: 2010–2011 Mercedes E550 coupe (M273 5.5L V8). Other E550 models: message us to confirm before ordering.
Replaces: the factory intake tubes, left and right. Sold as a pair.
Install: about 30 minutes with hand tools. No permanent vehicle modifications.
Printed in PA6-GF (glass-fiber reinforced nylon), a rigid, heat-stable material chosen for engine-bay use. We expect it to outlast the factory tubes, but long-term testing is still in progress, so that's an estimate, not a tested rating.
OEM+ means it fits like the factory part: stock mounting points and connections, no cutting, no permanent changes. It describes fit and look, not strength. 3D-printed parts are not OEM-certified. See our Warranty.
Stress test: each tube is tested for structural integrity.
Cleaning: print artifacts are removed and the bore is cleaned so no debris reaches your engine.
Hand inspection: surface finish and both connection ends are checked by hand.
Ships in 1–3 business days from Washington, IL. Policies: Shipping & Returns · Warranty.
