The next revision of the T6 intake
The Volvo S80 T6 cold air intake is on its fourth design iteration. Each round has tightened fitment against the factory airbox and the MAF mount — flange seats, clamp surfaces, and the tolerances that decide whether a part drops in or needs shimming.
PA6-GF glass-fiber nylon is the right material for the heat and vibration under that hood, and it’s unforgiving about sloppy geometry, which is exactly why the revisions are worth doing.
The current version ships as a finished part from $75, or as a digital file for $130 if you’d rather print it yourself.
More parts in the store
The intake is the first product, not the only one. Next up are the pieces that keep getting made one-off for people who ask: custom aviator frames, bench vises, dust collection adapters, and wall-mountable shop storage. Small batch, printed here, same material discipline as the intake.
If there’s something you’ve been looking for and can’t buy anywhere, that’s worth a message. One-offs are how most of these started.
More client media and aerial bookings

The through line
